What happens when you request a walk?
The Request
The Manager on Duty will ask you for your pick-up location, drop-off location, and any accommodation requests to make your walk as comfortable and accessible as possible.
The Walking Team
A team of two students will be sent out with a radio to meet you at your pick-up location. They are identifiable by Walkhome ID tags, which will remain hidden for the rest of the walk.
